    New · Agentic AI CRM

    Run Your Whole Business
    From Slack

We build a custom AI agent around the way your business works. It connects your CRM, calendar, messaging, proposals, payments and accounting, so your team can ask questions, get reports and take action without leaving Slack.

    Demo · sample data

    Scenario: Stalled deals.

Mike R. asks: Which deals have been stuck in the same stage for more than 14 days?

Vantage AI checks: Scanning pipeline stages, Checking last activity, Matching deal owners. It replies: 4 deals have gone 14+ days without moving:

    Martinez, Proposal sent, 23, Dana

    Okafor, Contract review, 19, Luis

    Whitfield, Financing, 17, Dana

    Chen, Site visit, 15, Priya

Want me to nudge each owner with the customer’s history and a suggested next step?

Approved by Mike R. · 4 nudges sent to Dana, Luis and Priya · logged in CRM

    How it connects

Every App Feeds One Agent. Your Team Talks to It in Slack.

Today your information is spread across a dozen tools. We connect them to a single AI agent that can read from all of them and act across them, so one question in Slack can pull together what used to take an afternoon of exports and spreadsheets.

    What Happens When You Ask

From question to finished task in one Slack thread.

    1. Ask in Slack

Type a question in plain English in a channel or a direct message. No reports to build and no filters to set.

    2. The agent gathers the data

It checks every connected app at once, such as your CRM, calendar, payments and more, using only the access that person is allowed.

    3. You get the answer

It replies in the thread with a table, a chart or a short summary, plus links back to the records it used.

    4. Approve the next step

If something needs doing, like a text, a reschedule or a status update, it proposes it and waits for your click.

    What Your Team Can Ask

Every team asks in their own words. The agent knows your pipeline stages, your products and what your team calls things.

    Sales

    • “Which leads came in this week and haven't been called yet?”
    • “Show me every proposal sent over 10 days ago with no reply.”
    • “Draft a follow-up for the Martinez deal based on our last call.”

    Operations

    • “What installs are scheduled next week, and who's on each crew?”
    • “Which signed customers are still waiting on permits?”
    • “Reschedule Thursday's site visits and text the customers.”

    Finance

    • “Which invoices are more than 30 days overdue?”
    • “How much did we collect last month compared with the month before?”
    • “Which financing applications are still pending?”

    Owners & managers

    • “What's our close rate this quarter, broken down by rep?”
    • “Which lead source brings in our best customers?”
    • “Send me a summary of the week every Friday at 4 PM.”
    Safeguards

The AI Does the Work. You Stay in Control.

An agent that can act needs clear limits. These are included in every build.

    Approval before action

Anything that changes data or contacts a customer waits for a person to approve it in Slack.

    Role-based access

The agent only shows each person what their role allows, so reps, managers and finance each see the right data.

    Full audit log

Every question, answer and action is recorded, with who asked and who approved.

    Scoped connections

Each app is connected through its official API with only the permissions it needs. You can revoke access at any time.

Built Around the Apps You Already Use

No new software for your team to learn. We connect what you already have and set the agent up around your workflows.

    Frequently Asked Questions

It's your CRM plus an AI agent that can work across all of your business apps. Instead of clicking through dashboards, your team asks a question in Slack, such as "which deals are stuck?" or "move tomorrow's appointments". The agent pulls the data from every connected system, replies with the answer or a report, and can carry out the next step once you approve it.

The agent is built on Vantage CRM, and we connect it to the other tools you already use. If your customer data lives in another CRM today, we'll either connect to it or move it over for you as part of the project. We'll recommend one or the other on the discovery call.

Not unless you decide it can. By default, anything that changes a record, moves an appointment or contacts a customer shows up in Slack as a proposal with an approve button. You choose which low-risk actions, like logging a note, can run on their own.

Access follows each person's role. A sales rep can ask about their own pipeline, finance can see payments, and owners can see everything. Every question and every action is logged, so you always know who asked for what.

Most tools a service business runs on: calendars, email and SMS, lead forms and ad platforms, proposal and design tools, e-signature, payment processors, financing portals and accounting software. If a tool has an API, we can usually connect it. We confirm each connection before we start.

Slack is where we build it first, because that's where most teams already talk. If your team works in a different chat tool, bring it up on the call and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

It depends on how many apps and workflows are involved. After a discovery call we map your systems and send a fixed scope, timeline and price before any work starts.

See It Working on Your Own Data

Book a call. We’ll map the apps you use, pick the first questions your team should be able to ask, and show you what the agent would look like in your Slack.
